A Note to My Readers
Sometimes a new chapter begins when you least expect it.
When my former publisher closed its doors, I suddenly had some decisions to make about what would happen to my books and the characters I’ve loved for so many years.
After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to bring my backlist home.
I’m independently republishing my previously published books as new Author Editions. It gives me more control over my work, how the books are presented, and most importantly, what I want to do with them in the future.
You’ll notice new covers and some fresh updates, but if you’ve read these books before, don’t worry. The stories and characters you loved are still here. They just have a new home and a fresh look.
I started with the Ruby’s Ranch Series, which will always be very special to me. Bringing these books back has also reminded me just how many stories are still waiting to be told from this world.
In fact, two new series are beginning to take shape, both growing out of the people, places, and history of Ruby’s Ranch. I’m not ready to tell you everything just yet, but if you’ve ever wondered what happened beyond the pages of the original series, you may finally get some answers.
And I’m not stopping there.
Health Nut Café, the first book in my Shadowing Souls Series, was also published by my former publisher. I’ll be bringing the Shadowing Souls books back too, with new Author Editions and new covers.
I have to admit, there’s something pretty wonderful about having these stories back in my hands. I get to decide what happens next, and I’m excited about that.
To those of you who read my books the first time around, left a review, told a friend about them, or have simply stuck with me over the years, thank you. And if you’re just discovering my books, I’m so glad you’re here.
There’s a lot more to come.
Welcome back to Ruby’s Ranch. We’re just getting started.

Exciting News!
Contributing Author – A Valentine to Remember Anthology
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as a contributing author for the upcoming A Valentine to Remember anthology, releasing February 3rd from CurtissLynn Publishing. My short story, Tee Up My Forever Valentine, reminded me just how much I’ve missed both writing—and playing golf.
Stay tuned for the official cover reveal on January 20, 2026. I’ll share the links as soon as they’re available.
